Tribes

Seth Godin's new book, [b]Tribes,[/b] is terrific. Fast read, good insights. I kept thinking that Manager Tools is very much a tribe -- with good leadership, I might add :-)

This is not a 1-2-3 formula book. I recommend you skim it quickly, get the gist of the ideas, and then go back through with a pen and mark it up.

You'll gain some useful insights about human behaviors, and some great ideas to discuss with your wise peers.
