I looked there first! The information is normally on the title page, which Amazon has not included. If no one has their copy on hand, I'll get it in the morning when I get to the office.

(No, don't ask why I'm writing a paper at 11:30 at night with references to books I know and no books on hand to cite directly - insanity, it is!)

:lol: I'm told there are, but I haven't done it! Thank you, it's the last paper of the term, and I'm looking forward to having it done (nothing like a 'management' class that focuses on a dissection of 16 different websites and a paper on 'any management topic' grrr).
