How do you evaluate a company from the putside to determine if it is an “urgent” company or an “important” one?
My current company exists for urgent tasks. They are addicted to them. Starting to think about my career and would like to get back into a company that lives in the Covey Q2 versus Q1. How do you evaluate that without working for the firm?
