Example O3 Video

Fellow MT followers,

I have listened to the trinity casts and I am onboard with the O3 concept.  Unfortunately, I have never been through a one-on-one before so I am not sure what it should look like.

Does anyone have a link to an example video of a one-on-one that could give me an idea of what it should look and feel like?

Don't over-think it, just start doing it and follow the basic rule of it being about the direct not you and you'll be fine.
