Hi,
I am looking in to introducing a $$ incentive program for the Customer service team I manage. This team is deals with inbound leads but also after sales. Has anyone got any ideas on how I would introduce a commission structure?
We are an online market reseller selling business information (reports, books) so we have many products, unit price varies.
Any help is appreciated.
