I recently took the newest DiSC product from Manager Tools, mainly because I was curious about how my past results would compare to the new roll-out.

This DISC tool is the best I’ve used. The output is full of direct and practical guidance on how to behave given your own profile and each of the other profiles you may encounter in a boss or direct. I very much liked that it incorporated the advice from the podcasts in the write up - saved my research (or referencing my research). I DID like the numbers, but because I too am a high D, high I, I did not obsess over what the numbers absolutely represent (looking at you, Cs). The archetypes that came with the scores was interesting as well. But HECK YEAH HIGH FIVE on the price - I might be able to expense the test for all my people without having to alert the HR police now.

Thanks for this and the new program. We’ve been using Manager Tools and DISC for a while now and it’s been an asset. When I saw you had a new way of distributing DISC profiles I thought I’d give it a go, and provide feedback to [my] team. I really like the format. I like how it aligns to Manager Tools and provides specific feedback for 1-1s, providing feedback and coaching.
