I recently took the newest DiSC product from Manager Tools, mainly because I was curious about how my past results would compare to the new roll-out.

I very much liked that it incorporated the advice from the podcasts in the write up - saved my research (or referencing my research). I DID like the numbers, but because I too am a high D, high I, I did not obsess over what the numbers absolutely represent (looking at you, Cs). The archetypes that came with the scores was interesting as well. But HECK YEAH HIGH FIVE on the price - I might be able to expense the test for all my people without having to alert the HR police now.
