Our guidance for High D's when presenting.

Each of the DISC profiles has strengths and weaknesses. There isn't a "best" profile for presenting, or any other particular task. High I's find presenting easiest, but that's not to say they're the best. Further, though each of the profile brings weaknesses to a presentation, any of us can behave any way we like when we think about it first. That means that High D's, like every other profile, can behave differently in order to make their presentations more effective.

Presentations come in a variety of types: motivational, educational, briefings, instructive, problem-solving, and so on. This guidance focuses on the most common of business presentations, the ones where you have to persuade a group to agree to your proposal.
