In Person Effective Communicator Training for Organizations
What
Learning how to observe and analyze others behaviors in order to communicate with them more effectively. Whether that communication is in person, virtually, or over email. Learning how to tailor communications to the listener in order to craft messaging that will resonate with the audience.
Why
Because communication is what the listener does. To be most effective, we need to communicate in a way that makes the most sense to the other person in order to achieve a positive outcome.
How
Each attendee receives a DISC Behavioral Assessment which will be filled out prior to the training. Followed by a 7.5 hour day of highly interactive delivery with an emphasis on practice.
Post Training Support
Post-training support by the presenter and client team to reinforce the concepts covered during the training.
