I'm looking for advice for a lunch meeting I'll be attending next week. The lunch is with a potential client who does enough business to tripple my current production. I still fairly young in my career and would appreciate any tips on what to do, and what not to do in a lunch meeting.

Meal Etiquette podcasts
The Meal Etiquette podcasts are a great start:
http://www.manager-tools.com/2006/09/meal-etiquette-part-1-of-2
http://www.manager-tools.com/2006/09/meal-etiquette-part-2-of-2
These podcasts go into great MT detail with actionable guidance on what to do during a meeting over a meal.
Hope this helps.

I agree with Phil.
Your potential client is going to be making a business decision based on their interaction with you. When you stand back and squint at the situation, you are interviewing with them.
The advice in the Meal Etiquette 'cast will give you the tools you need to make a great impression.
Good luck. Please return to the forums and let us know how it went.
