Hello,
I distinctly remember listening to a podcast 7-10 years ago about dealing with employees who are strong technical performers but are either not a good fit or who actively have a bad attitude in other areas of their work. The core guidance was to treat those two areas as independent and equally true - someone can be both good at their job but need coaching on soft skills.
Can anyone point me to that podcast? I'd like to share it with a peer manager who is dealing with a similar situation. I gave them the high level guidance, but would love to share the source.
Thanks in advance!

I think I see one podcast of that vintage, and another perhaps more applicable.
