I'm starting to roll out the Trinity at my office. I have a part time worker who comes in two days a week, well 12 hours in total, so more like 1.5 days a week. Is it still worthwhile to do O3s with a part timer? The really inconvenient part is that the part timer only works on Mondays and Fridays.

Short answer is yes. Since O3s are about relationships and communication you will still want to have that with your direct even if they are not full time. You can make adjustments to the cadence and do biweekly since they are in the office for a more limited time. Hope this helps.
