Located in Canda. I have an executive interview coming up and due to COVID its on Zoom. I'm re-listening to the interview series. I'm wondering what advice people have to land, if possible the 'closing' advice asking for an offer. This is also stage 2 of 3 of the process.
Is my direct ask to say I want an offer to go to the next round? Asking for an offer in front of everyone online seems to be a bit odd.

Its unethical to talk about
Its unethical to talk about salary offer infront of other individuals. I highly suggest to e-mail directly the person responsible for privacy purposes at the same time.
