It seems that the only Feedback rollout slides available on the MT website are intended for the manager, not the directs. These slides decks are not suitable for use in a team meeting where we want to discuss the rollout of this new tool.
Would anyone care to share slides, documents, or notes that they used to rollout Feedback to their team?

I have already downloaded Feedback_Slides.pdf and Rolling_Out_The_Trinity_With_Your_Team_Slides.pdf. Neither is appropriate for use with directs.

I have the same question. I'm planning to roll out positive feedback to my team this week in our weekly team meeting. Was thinking there would be a discussion about the slides used to roll it out. Thinking that the provided slides aren't appropriate. Did you end up coming up with something or finding some examples on the Manager Tools site?
