Can't Download Old Episodes

No matter what I try, I cannot get any podcast utility to successfully download older podcasts.  I've registered and tried various methods, such as embedding the User ID and Password in the URL, like this: https://UserName:[email protected]/registered-members/rs...

However, regardless what I try, I get a variant of this error message on all podcast utilities:

"failed to connect to podcasts.manager-tools.com/184.72.232.202 (port 80) after 30000ms:isConnected failed: ECONNREFUSED (Connection refused)"

I'm a bit frustrated now, as I've spent a half a day trying to figure this out without success.

I love this podcast and really want to listen to some of the earlier episodes while I drive, so downloading them as a podcast is key.

I am using: Android 4.4.2 with both Pocket Casts and Podcast Addict apps.  Tried connecting over WiFi and cellular, just in case it was my provider.

Any guidance would be GREATLY appreciated!
