Where would I find a guide on what to prepare for my new boss's arrival? I'm thinking there was a cast a while back about preparing an update document on priorities and information to get your new boss up to speed in his/her first 90 days or so. Forgive me if this has been covered but I can't seem to find it.
Background: We have hired a new manager from the outside who I will report to. He will be relocating here next month and needs to get caught up to speed on our company, people, projects, industry, etc. Is there a template or something I could prepare for him to read?
