Don't give feedback to your boss

I had my first performance evaluation for my new company of 5 months recently. It was an "informal" evaluation, because i'm so new.

I had great feedback and a thing I can change, which is fine. Then, came the question, "I promise I won't be offended, what feedback do you have for me?"

I thought, "I know better than that".

I compared this wonderful workplace with the toxic waste of the past, and that I didn't feel defensive at all.
