LinkedIn update after RIF

How do I make it clear to recruiters that I am actively looking for a new position? I recently went through a RIF. How should I update my LinkedIn header? "Looking for opportunities"? "Actively seeking new opportunities in Program and Quality management"? Thanks for your advice. Ken

I believe either of those would work just fine. I like the second better because "actively seeking" makes you sound like a person who is on the move and it describes the areas you are looking in.
 
I would also update Summary section to indicate that you are actively seeking out something new and what you are looking for and what you bring to the table.
