Hi all,

reading last Manager Tools newsletter, Dani quote Mark writting "we’re not vanilla".

What does it mean?

He is essentially saying that the advice they offer is not plain, common or ordinary.

I've never heard this expression in my life, but I've read it twice now at MT - once in a newsletter, and I think once in a podcast...

If you're 'vanilla', you are (usually) aiming to please the masses.
