Greetings everyone,
Manager Tools came as a recommendation after I asked about recommendations for a first-time manager on Ask Metafilter. After browsing through the site, I'm a little confused.
- How do I get started? Do I start listening to the Basics?
- I purchased the Manager Tools Trinity Rollout Emails. When do these start?
Any assistance would be more than welcome.
Thanks!

I would start with the MT
I would start with the MT Basics. You can find these in the rss section. Start with the first one and work through them in order.
The emails will begin shortly. If you do not have one in the first couple if days, contact the sure and inquire about them.
I am sure you will many more questions once you get going and these forums will provide several answers.
You will also find the group in here, and on LinkedIn, are always willing to help.
Good luck my friend.

Start with the basics
Yep, the first set of casts to listen to are the basics. I'd actually recommend listening to the "rollout" casts first, then go back and listen to the fully detailed casts on each element of the trinity. Now I've got the trinity under control, whenever I have some managerial problem I just search on the site, and *poof*! up comes a podcast to tell me what to do. It's like magic.
Welcome to the site. It's a goldmine.
I am having problems finding
I am having problems finding the RSS link. Can you please indicate me where the RSS option is visible on the website. I have searched for the option in the header and footer but in vain.... :(
Resort Management
Casts
The RSS feed should be down the left-hand side of your webpage on the managertools site (if you're looking at this, look left and scroll up for the small orange box!). You can also download the podcasts from itunes or other podcast databses. This allows you to download multiple at the same time right to your media library. Great for sticking on a smartphone and listening on the way to work!
I began listening to the casts a short time ago and started by looking at the podcast topics list and picking a few that were relevant to what I was working on at the time, I think my first few were on project management as I was having some issues getting commitments from some people on a project. As I listened I noticed the guys mentioned other things (the trinity, disc, etc.) and anything that sounded interesting I looked it up and listened to that. After a few days I simply downloaded about 300 and I'm just working through them. There are some I return to for a second listen but every single one has a lot of value and the fact that they are free is totally amazing. Now I actually look forward to the journey to work and some days even hope for traffic!
Hope this helps. Jonno.
