Hi
I am in the process of learning about O3s with the view to implementing them with my key reports.
We are a small operation (25 people) and currently I meet with my Operations Manager once a week to discuss and communicate relevant issues.
I don't think it fills the criteria of a one to one as it is focused on project progress, staff issues that have arisen, financial queries etc rather than on the individual specifically although that does come into play too.
Does anyone have any advice on how I could implent an O3 with this report. Should I merge the two meetings or keep them seperate? I guess I am concerned that we would be having two meetings which may potentially cover the some of the same ground.
Many thanks
You are already doing them
Sounds like to me you are already doing the O3. Only extend it to be sure you cover some personal elements as well. If you end up adding 10-15 minutes thats better than a 2nd meeting.
