Hello, thanks for the great site and content.

I just purchased the premium content. Downloads via iTunes of the premium content was working fine. I changed my password on your site and after that I have been unable to download content via iTunes. While I can log in to the site with the new password fine, iTunes refuses the new password. I even changed the password back on your site to the original one but iTunes still refuses to authorization. Ideas?

Thanks,

Chris

The password never actually changed. this morning I realized when I tried to change the password back to the old one, I had changed it to the wrong old password. I went into iTunes and tried the correct old password and it worked. So, changing my password on your site does not affect iTunes? Your site currently has the password I thought was my old one, but I just authenticated with the real old password in ITunes.

Confused,
Chris

Chris,

Your password should change it both places. I'll have someone look into your issue and see if we have a technical problem somewhere.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Chris,

Your specific issue should be resolved now (both passwords the same) AND better yet, we determined the root cause and we shouldn't see this issue again!

Thanks for letting us know!

It is working now. Thanks for the quick response and great content guys. Just went through hiring someone to replace my old position after being promoted and the interviewing series allowed me to add much more value during the process. Keep the content coming.

iTunes seems to have lost my password and would not recognise it any more.
I successfully changed the password twice, but it will not work on iTunes.

Help, please

iTunes seems to have lost my password and would not recognise it any more.

I successfully changed the password twice, but it will not work on iTunes.

The password works on all other apps, e.g. Mail

Help, please

(You asked me to try again)

Now it's happening to me.  I've set the password a certain way on the site, and when I try to refresh iTunes it just keeps prompting and re-prompting me for my password.  Sigh.  Will private-text you w/ my contact details.
