Thanks again to everyone who came to this meetup. It was great to meet everyone and be welcomed into the group.
We had a great discussion about goals and everyone helped trying to find ways of setting goals within some existing systems. I was glad to know that I'm not the only one struggling with setting goals for soft skills, and the discussion produced some great ideas.
If you're in the area, I recommend coming to the next meeting in January. We're thinking about starting off the year with Feedback.

I'd also like to thank everyone for letting me join in to see how an effective meet up is run.  Everyone was inviting and I quickly felt like I was part of the group.  I learned some valuable lessons that I hope to use to start a meet up in LA.
Who knows... maybe by this time next year we'll be able to create a bowling league!
  Thanks again,
--Michael

It was great having some additional guests show up for our meeting! The conversation was great, and I personally got a lot out of it. Thanks, everyone!!!
