Does anyone know of an equivalent of RiteSite aimed at the UK market? I am bashing my head against a brick wall when working with the mainstream recruitment consultancies (sic) and really need to work with someone that is able to comprehend what it says on my CV.
For example, today I had to explain to a recruiter that my last position had a title of Business Analyst. I was a Business Analyst in a $250 billion international conglomerate. I delivered over $100 million in costs savings from their European division during the last 18 months. How would this experience in any way disqualify me from applying for a Project Manager role in an $100 million company within the same industry? Her client is looking for a Project Manager and I am *only* a Business Analyst therefore I am not suitable.
Last week I had some CV advice from a recruiter. She advised that if I explained that an MBA meant Master of Business Administration my CV would be easier for a potential employer to understand. I advised her that she should recite the mantra "would you like cashback with that?" in preparation for her next role.
Sorry about the huffing and puffing ... but do you see the frustration here? This is serious. People are losing their jobs, their homes, their hopes and dreams because many management teams do not know how to respond in turbulent times. I can help with that. I have done it before (more than once) and I can do it again. I just need to find the right partners to work with.
All suggestions gratefully received.

You don't need RiteSite
Hi iand_66
I understand your frustration. If you are repeatedly getting the same feedback, maybe it is time to take the leap and take advantage of the Manager Tools resume review and interview series?
