So what other ways is there to frame feedback other than:
“May I give you some feedback” or “Can I share something with you”….?
I have been doing O3s for a 5 weeks now and getting comfortable with them and really can see the value. So now I’m getting ready to start with positive feedback in a few weeks. So in the mean time I’ve been trying to be consciously aware of times I could give feedback and form that feedback in my head.
What I’ve found is a feel like a dork saying those same lines over and over in my mental rehearsals. Also I can see this being the hardest part of the trinity, so any help in the delivery would be appreciated.
I’m pretty sure I could figure this out on my own, but just love the ideas the people here come up with.
Thanx,
Scott
