Here is one that I have not yet seen covered. I have been interviewing with a company and have made it to the face to face panel interview with several managers and directors. I have found that my resume has a couple of spelling errors not caught by my helper nor by the H.R. department at the company I'm interviewing for. My resume was uploaded to their website and then had to be cut and pasted into their format. Do I bring this up to the attention of the Managers and Directors or do I wait for them to mention it? Will they believe its due to some odd error on the cut and paste? My original feeling is to let them know and provide the panel with a new printed resume? Is this correct?

The goal of the resume is to get you the interview.

You got the interview.

Forget the resume. Why focus their attention on your past mistakes?

You may or may not have a strike against you. All the more reason to NAIL the interview. Preparation is the key. Go for it! Nobody remembers that the batter had two strikes against him before he hit it out of the park.

Congratulations.

Well, you folks hit it on the head. I went through two sets of interviews today with NO one either noticing or not caring.

The focus was entirely on hearing more details and examples about my work accomplishments to see if I was a match for the positions.

I want to thank everyone for their input. It really help put my mind at rest.

And yes I did extremely well in both. Preparation is indeed one of the keys to success

Thanks again
