I've just listened to the series on the "Rolling Out the Manager Tools' Trinity". I understand and agree that speed kills.
But I have a problem, and I'd like hear from you.
I work for a consulting company, and usually our teams are put together for durations ranging from a couple of months to a year.
Although some members of the team might have previous contact/work together, it is not unusual that they're complete strangers.
How can I roll out the trinity on such short period without running over the team?
