Hello from Seattle, WA

Well, really Sammamish but when I say that most people look at me like I might as well be from the moon.

Been managing off and on during my career, currently managing an operations team at Microsoft and always have been lucky to land great teams which makes the role that much more rewarding. I stumbled on this site and podcasts about 6 months ago and really wish I had found it sooner. No matter how long you manage, there is always more to learn!

Look forward to participating in the forums and continuing to catch up on all the podcasts, maybe even a conference at some point in the future.

Now I better go get my DISC profile sorted out... feels like I better be able to share that before too much longer.
