Just looking through the books list and noticed that there are no recommendations since 2006. Is there anything new out there? Just find it hard to believe nothing of value has been written for 2 years. Although, the more I think about it the more it could be a reality.

Here's a couple...but not straight up management books:

Competing on Analytics: The New Science of Winning
(Author(s): Thomas H. Davenport, Jeanne G. Harris)

Don't Start the Revolution Without Me!
by Jesse Ventura (Author), Dick Russell (Contributor)

I read the analytics book for work...I read Jesse for entertainment. I'm originally from Minnesota. One can count on Jesse "The Mind" Ventura for a fresh perspective on politics.

"Competing on Analytics" was well worth the read (although it might not be a 'management''s a business book).

What Got You Here Won't Get You There by Marshall Goldsmith.

This is the book Mark says he wished he'd written. It's became a best seller fast. Check out his simple feedforward technique. It compliments Mark's feedback model.
