Great advice for people who have hope for some longevity in a firm... BUT... Current operational temp in the Army suggests a change in turnover about every 18 months from duty station to duty station. During that 18 months, a Soldier may have two changes of duty. How can this wisdom be adapted to this type of continuity nightmare? -Jim+
