a podcast suggestion - quick roleplays

Mike/Mark,

I was listening to the most recent podcast about communication, and you mentioned the "statement/question" technique/tool. I think a lot of people learn by example, so I would like to suggest if you could spend a just a bit of time doing a short 1- or 2- minute roleplay in your podcasts of how it would sounds when using a technique or tool.

Moreover, this roleplay would not be just one of you doing it by yourself, but one person taking the manager's role and the other taking the staff's role.

Just a suggestion.
