My name is Daniel, soon 23 years old and Im orginally from Sweden.
Now Im working in the outskirts of London for one of the biggest companies in the IT/networking sector.
Been with the company for almost two years and I have a non-management role in the sales department. Been listening to Manager-Tools since September 2006 and without Mark and Michaels help I would probably been stuck in the inside sales team for a long time...
Now the SMT has agreed that they want me in a field role in a one year and I have therefore been given my first management opportunity as a staff trainer to get better at running meetings and doing presentations for customers.
And if you guys ever are going to London I will buy the first round of Guinness. :D
