Hi there,

I stumbled upon this site while researching Skip Dialogs for my communications team. It's great, and I love all the podcasts, experience and information here.

I am a senior manager with 13 years direct management experience for both large and small groups. However, it's important to continously refine skills, or reinforce behaviors, so here I am. :D

My background is in Change Management and Business Process Improvement. I must admit that I am in the middle of either a career transition or change, but can't decide what I really want to do when I grow up. Perhaps it's a mid-life career crisis. :?
