Does anyone use any specific software to track your longterm goals and objectives? I'm looking for something to capture my goals, and the milestones for those goals.

For personal goal tracking I use Franklin Covey’s Outlook Add in.
I totally get what you’re after - tracking long-term goals and breaking them into milestones can make a huge difference in actually achieving them. There are plenty of excellent apps and tools designed for that, from simple habit trackers to full-featured planners with reminders and visual progress views. Whatever you choose, the key is consistency and clarity in setting timelines and checkpoints. In other industries, tools like Fieldwork software show how structured tracking can keep projects moving smoothly, and the same principle applies to personal goals too. Keep exploring and you’ll find one that fits your workflow!

I've only ever used MS Project, http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/project/FX100487771033.aspx .
It is by no means the best and only application out there but depending on your requirements it is a main player.
