Firstly, I want to praise everything you have done so far. I feel like I've learned more management skills and techniques in the last 3-4 months (since discovering your podcasts) than I have in the previous 10 years of my career.
Secondly, I have a very small (hopefully not too nitpicky) comment on the blog posts. Would it be possible to post the author's name. I'm always curious as to which of you writes which posts (though sometimes it is discernable through context clues).
Maybe I'm just being overly anal. :)

Who Writes Which Blog Posts?
As a general rule, Mike writes blog posts that introduce casts and discusses site operations and technical issues. Most everything else, I write.
We won't delineate the two just because we believe that we both speak for each other. It does happen that one of us gets too busy - I haven't been back to Fredericksburg in 2 weeks and won't be there til Halloween - and the other answers for us. It's simply a function of bandwidth.
