Hi all
My organisation is beginning to look at using the "for your improvement " system developed by a company called Lominger.

I am interested in whether anyone has used it. If they have any thoughts or experiences they would want to share.

It seems like a nice way for time strapped directs and managers to get down to some very meaningful conversations about abilities of the direct and examine possible areas for development. From an initial read it looks like it is relatively behaviour focused as well.

 From what understand it is very behavioral based and an excellent tool. Have you now  used it?
