Dear Messrs Auzenne and Horstman et al:
As the year comes to a close I just want to tell you how much I appreciate the podcasts you produce.
I must admit I was skeptical when I came across your site, but quickly realized your philosophies were very similar to mine. It was encouraging to see I had been doing a fair amount “right;” but of course I can always get better. To wit: I find that your ‘Casts help to crystallize the actual actions I can take to make me and my team better. In 2010, my 1:1’s were better and more focused, I am now providing better feedback to impact future behavior and more of the right stuff is getting done. I think I’ve had a heck of a year at work and I owe a significant amount to your shows and methods. Thank you.
