 Hi All,

Can someone put me on to the definition of work product in the feedback model.  I am certain I heard Mark speak about it in a podcast and I haven't been able to track it down in show notes.

Thank you in advance,

- Tanner

If it is tangible, the widget he/she machined or assembled.
In an office enviornment it can be a report, presentation, audit etc.
