Good afternoon all,
I was recently released (last Friday) due to a restructuring and I am looking at new opportunities. I have already found a role that is primarily operations but has a strong focus on continuous improvement and regaining profitability / growth for an older brownfield operation. In this case, based on my past successes and skill set is it inappropriate to point out the scale of the challenge as one of the things that appeal to me? I also like the company for other reasons but this is one of the draws for me. I don't know if it might be recieved in the wrong way.
