Hello everyone. Been listening for a couple of months now and I am wondering if I am doing this right after listening to the first podcast on holding "Effective Meetings". I am retail store manager and I have 13 total employees. 3 assistant managers 8 sales reps 2 ops employees My question is should I hold O3's with everyone or only my 3 assistants. I under the impression that I should hold O3's with everyone so I have been. Your advice is greatly appreciated

Direct reports are those for whom you write annual reviews.
If your assistant managers supervise the activities and assign tasks to others on your team (i.e. truly supervise) then meet with your assistant managers.  If not, then 13 is a small enough group to continue O3s with everyone.

Thanks for the advice.

I am working on getting my assistants running the day to day business, not there yet.
