What do you think about this HBR article on "asking the right coaching questions?"

To me the article is less about coaching and more about a positive interaction between two humans (which is good of course).   I am glad MT gave me the clear, succinct, actionable defintion of coaching, because I would not have gleaned it from this article.  The article does have good advice.
