My wife was given this book, written by Dr. Kevin Leman (whom I have seen speak) and William Pentak. I have not read it, but it appears to be in the vein of The Servant Leader by Ken Blanchard (he also wrote The One Minute Manager), who also wrote an endorsement for this book. As you might tell by the title, it is written from a Christian perspective.
I am interested in hearing from anyone that has read this about what they thought. I looked at the seven principles outlined in the book (it is written as a parable) and they are presented with actionable application.
