As a hiring manager, have you ever hired someone who used a video resume? Curious to know if you think they are worth the time/money/effort to create one.
I've seen a few of these videos crop up over the internet and wondered if I should create one for myself. I'm in marketing and currently looking for a marketing manager or similar role. I follow the MT Interviewing series guidance for resumes but not sure if there was any reference to video-style type resumes in those podcasts and thought I'd better ask the community.
