Hello everyone,

I have been re-listening to the Performance Review podcasts where the SEER method is discussed (AWESOME cast). Summarize, Elaborate, Example, and Re-state. The example in the podcasts is written by Bob's manager about Bob:

Summarize: Bob is my best customer service rep

Elaborate: He consistently exceeds every service standard the company puts on customer service reps

Example: He recently saved a difficult call after 3 other reps failed to do so

Restate: He is an example we have to put on every training video

How would this be written if Bob wrote his own self review? Does't sound right just flipping it around and talking about yourself the same way. "I am an example to put on every training video." Sounds way too self centered.

Appreciate some feedback.

Thank you!
