Given that this post is my first time posting in these forums, it may be a bit bold to lead with a request. Nonetheless, I was wondering if the MT team would ever consider a podcast discussing the particular challenges a service member may encounter as a result of military related leave. The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act would clearly be one factor in this discussion, but there are many other facets to this matter as well (deployments; drill weekend obligations, etc.). With his experience in both the military and the civilian worlds, Mark certainly has insights into the issues, concerns, and opportunities encountered by both service members and their employers. Hearing informed advice for both sides of that coin would be great!
