Hi all, I'm loosing a couple employees whoa re being re-assinged to a new department. I plan to do prepare some mid-year reviews and pass them to the new manager for her to use. Any other reccomendations? O3 notes? Is there a cast for that?

Have you listened to "How To Resign"? Its not the same situation of course, but there are good notes about writing interim reviews and performance files for directs you will no longer be managing. Both of these could help their new manager as the transition occurs. It sounds like youre ahead of the curve in thinking this way- I hope this helps!
