Hello!

I currently work for a small company (currently less than 10 people) and we’ve been gradually starting to implement the Topgrading strategy into our hiring process.

Does anyone know where to find the Topgrading Phone Screen Guide mentioned on the Topgrading FAQs Page: http://icecream.me/b02399892bedc2782fa3ba01286ba03f .

I’ve tried contacting the Topgrading office (via phone and email) numerous times but haven’t received much of a helpful response.

I’m not sure if anyone is even using the guide since it’s not so easy to locate, but if not, what questions are you guys asking during the telephone screening interviews? Which ones have you found are the best to ask for selecting (or at least narrowing down) A Player candidates?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
