I was in meetings with my bosses boss this week and I spoke about how I use tasks to be reminders to give my team feedback on assigned tasks and delegated work, etc. He commented that we shouldn't delegate too much. I was surprised by that statement and didn't understand "why you would want to hold back from delegation?". I do know that there are certain things that only I can do, but Managerial Economics dictates any task that can be done at a cheaper rate is something that can/should be delegated. Please give me any of your feedback or comments.

BTW - I've rolled out MT-O3's, MT-feedback, MT-coaching and MT-delegation. Effective Manager in training
