Is there a podcast on supporting your team members in extreme personal crises? I am thinking of major personal or family illness or tragedy that has a significant, protracted impact on them and those around them.
It would also be helpful if said podcast also included advice on managing your own emotions and personal resilience as a manager in such a time.

My only suggestion I have is to have a box of Kleenex in your desk. Hopefully there won't be a need to pull it out, but if there is it comes in handy.
Yep, here it is
