Hi all,
It's a common experience on my part that written communication is very often one of the worst forms of communication, especially in cases where the communicator and communicatee have are in different teams, have different communications styles, or just plain don't mesh well.
Is there a cast that talks about common ways that written communication is misinterpreted (i.e. A negative tone that's received but wasn't intended, etc) and how to avoid some of those pitfalls.
I know they are addressed in many of the DiSC Casts, but I was hoping for one that 1.) addresses the issues across communication styles; and 2.) addresses it specifically with a focus on written communication.
Thank you in advance for any recommendations!

Don't remember coming across one ...
... and I've heard them all as an early listener and licensee.
When I needed such advice, directly or to pass through to a protege, I used casts on DISC. Those on email were adjacent to physical-written comms.
