First face to face interview was with hiring manager and director. Closed the interview. Thank yous sent to both. Closed in thank you notes
Feedback i I received was that I was coming off like a car salesman.
Second face to face was with hiring manager, director, and VP. I didn’t close because of the feedback given. Do I send notes to all three again? Or just the vp? Do I close in the notes?
regardless, when I got home from the interview, I was called advising me I was moving on to background checks, so what I’ve done so far could not have hurt.
